What -ism do you hate the most?

Me, I hate sexism. It's not just women who get the brunt of this prejudiced -ism, men can be victims of sexism as well. Like the other day when I applied for a job and I didn't get it just because the HR person said that women in general are more intelligent and this girl is the proof. I would've accepted my fate but those words ruined it for me... Sexist I tell you! I'm also quite agitated with racism. I don't know about you guys, but sometimes it's so unnerving how people can treat other people, especially if they're of another color. I've watched the movie Crash, and sometimes these situations can escalate to a much more higher level compared to what I've seen in the movie.

Probably racism for me. There is one race that we need to worry about and that is the human race. I am not a big fan of Janet Jackson's more recent music but on the Rhythm Nation 1814 album the last track is called "Living in Complete Darkness." It is a short track, thirty second, a minute at the most and all it is is a musical interlude with her speaking over it and she says, "In complete darkness, we are all the same. It is only our knowledge and wisdom that separates us. Don't let your eyes deceive you." It has literally been almost two decades (17-18 years probably) since I last heard that track and it has stuck with me ever since.
