Hahah now that's such a smart baby. He was just playing with the phone, accidentally pressing 911. It's good thing the police didn't leave right away when they found out there wasn't any emergency. Because there was something else going on in that house :)
I can't imagine a baby living in a house where drug junkies come in and out freely. So they did the right thing taking the baby to his mom that lives somewhere else.
What do you think about this? have you heard or read about something similar?

Smart baby. I love the story. I think that baby's mother was very happy to see the baby back.
I have heard about dogs and cats dialing 911 before but they were trained to do so in case of emergency.

that's a good idea
training pets to dial for emergency
maybe one day this kind of training can be made more affordable so a lot more ppl can get their pets trained
I am just guessing it's not affordable for most people yet

I don't think that it is general training. I hear that some people train their own pets for months.
It takes time and patience....

I don't know if I can train my cat lol
she is already jumping over the phone a lot of times
it's a good thing I have voice mail
when we had answering machine it was a nightmare because she kept walking or sleeping on it she almost deleted all the messages

I saw this online yesterday but didn't read the whole thing. That guy had some nerve! In a million years I doubt he would have thought he'd get caught this way. I hope the baby's mom takes better care of the child. It's remarkable how selfish people can be.
