At precisely 12:01 on January 20, technically even before Obama was sworn in as President, www.whitehouse.gov changed it's website. I've had a look. I deeply appreciate the ability to read Obama's executive orders for myself, to review his policy positions, and to generally interact with the Executive Branch of our government in a way that I think is unprecedented. And he's made his addiction to his BlackBerry clear. Obama's is the first administration that really seems to understand and harness the digital age, which could have an enormous impact on how we interact with the government, which I think has the potential to affect the evolution of democracy itself. Have a look at www.whitehouse.gov if you haven't already and tell me what you think.

I love whitehouse.gov. It is great. I used it to send my congratulations and praise for the good work on the website. Also folks, if you register your email address, you will receive special notices of whatever comes from the White House first hand. No more watered down editorials.
