Is better to stay in Canada or back to China?

I know a lot of people decide to back to China because they think it is much easier to make money in China. But will you really get success to make such desicion? If you got your education in Canada, would you be able to adapt the chinese system? JUst wondered, because several of my friends want to go to China. I am not saying China is bad, it is just if they go, I will be myself alone... I want they stay here with me.
