A dream you have given up! Is there any?

People dream about their future, they dream of becoming successful in business, with family, with singing, playing football, write a book etc. Out dreams reach the highest point when we are teenagers, when we think everything is possible. But then when we are adults we give up. We realize how much work has to be done to reach our dreams and think it's too much. So, most of all, we let our life go and accept its blow. I am working with myself to be able to stand over my pessimistic thoughts of reaching BIG dreams, and hopefully soon I will be able to find the right energy for starting my dreams making true! What about you? How many unreached dreams do you have, and what is that what you think makes them get stuck?

I have an ultimate dream that i have given up for now which is to become a CPA. I was on the process of getting that dream, i took a 6 months review for the preparation for my dream when my mom told me that i need to work so that i can help my siblings to their tuition and payments for bills. Although i am not totally giving it up. I still have plans to take that dream. I am saving money for that to buy books and for the enrollment to my review. If only i haven't given up, maybe i am a CPA right now. I have no regrets for given up before because i had helped my siblings to their needs and i know there are time for my dreams to come true.

Yes Lindery I do have missed my dream. I had a dream of becoming a doctor from my childhood. But I have been pushed into the software field from my parents since all of my relatives are working in a MNC.Hence I have never been asked about my dream by my parents. Even when I tried to explain it, they refused and I had no other options to go.I just pushed my mind to change to other side. But it is really difficult.I am feeling for it.... Happy mylotting

I've given up the dream of having a happy and complete family. But I wish others would realize theirs.
