calamares

It's weekend and my family wants to eat something special so we decided to eat calamaris. Problem is: I don't know hot cook it. I know I had to use squids but I have no idea. Can you give me a recipe instead?

i dont know how to cook it is my wife who is the one who cooks. i ask her how she do her style of calamares and this is what i gathered from her. clean the squid very well and cut it into rings. if the head of the squid is bib she cuts it in half lengthwise. then she put patis (fish sauce) pepper and calamansi. one by one breaded the rings with flour. the flour has salt and pepper to taste too. that is how my wife makes her calamares.

i have a recipe and it's easy. i've tried once and it was tasty. first, clean your calamaris properly. in a frying pan, toss minced hard boiled eggs and chopped tomatoes. add salt and pepper or spices you prefer to add to taste. then pop this into the calamaris. bake it for about 15 minutes. slice 2-3cm thick and is ready to be served. hope you like it.
