... Where would SALAD be? 1, 2 or 3. Rating in regards to the good that a food do to our health. I love Salad of different kind. Especially the green ones. They are so fresh and healthy and refreshes us. I also love fruit Salad. What are your salad preference?

i guess i would have to rate it 2 because somtimes i go on a binge and eat salad alot then there are other times when i want the big mac meal from mickey d's i guess it depends on the mood you are in.
