Do you look at the keyboard while typing?

Old computer - Old computer from 20th century. It used to be brand new once, lol.
It has a keyboard, processor, screen... ready to go!

I do look at the keyboard because I am not that technically good with typing. I am pretty fast when I look at the keyboard, I don't have to waste my time on finding the right letter or number, I simply know where it's placed.

Well, I have typing class way back in high school and also had it on college so it is obvious that I had a good typing training. Well, it is just a matter of practice. I can type without looking at the keyboard. One added thing that has improve my skill is joining myLot. I have been slow before since my kind of work does not involve much typing. But when I joined myLot, I really did improve.

I used to do that a lot, but I don't anymore. Mostly thanks to practice and having to do many tasks on the computer, I now know exactly where each letter is, and although I'm not particularly fast at typing, I don't look at the keyboard when I do type, but the monitor. *Tries looking at the keyboard when typing* I don't think it makes a difference in my speed either. xD

I was forced to take a typing class in middle school, plus I get a ton of practice! In that class they would cover the keyboards with a folder sticking out from the computer so we wouldn't look down and the habit just kind of stuck.
