Earn3 and Dingobux - no more instant?

I wonder if I'll see instant payment for standard again because what I saw today sounds like no more instant for standard members.I have about 4 usd on both sites and I'm not sure if there's any hope to receive an instant payment without upgrades?
What's your personal experience with those two?
