hi sparkliecandy! well it really depends on what you are writing. i know it is a business letter, but what is the content and to whom it is addressed? or just put the name of the addressee, the position in the company, the company name, and address. i think that should be it. hope this helps you. hehe if not, do surf the internet for sample business letters and learn from them. it is better because you get to see the format of the letters. especially the form. because i think there are variances in the modern styles of business letter writing. take care and God bless you! happy weekend! :-)
