It is a fact that Chinese cuisine is really delectable. I have a list of my personal favorites:
a. Wuxi Pork Steaks (pai gu? am not sure how it is spelled in pin yin)
b. YangZhou cao fan (Yangzhou Fried rice)
C. Hunan's Ma BO Dofu (Again, am not sure about the spelling but it's spicy tofu)
d. Chongqing Hotpot
e. Inner Mongolia's Barbecued Lamb Leg
f. Yunnan Bridge Noodles
g. Moon cake
h. fried dumplings
i. Bao zi

My favorites have to be:
1. Garlic Chicken
2. Beef & Broccoli
3. Kung Pau Chicken
4. BBQ Pork
5. Orange Chicken
6. Wonton Soup
7. Fried Shrimp
8. Lo Mein
9. Fried Rice
10. Steamed Rice
I love chinese food and would eat garlic chicken every day, if I could!

My favorites are General Tso Chicken and Sesame Chicken. I tend to like most spicy shrimp dishes as well, but it depends on how it is prepared.

DARN...
I love both pai gu and dried dumplings.
The rest are fine but not really my favourite.
