How long do u sit infront of ur PC ?

I'm off and on mine all day. I get on about 8 am and then log off ant about 11 take mother in law to do radaition treatment. Go pick up kids and then get back on about 4 pm log back off at about 5:30 to get supper fixed and play with the kids. Then I'm back on at about 8:30 pm to about 10 or 11 pm.
