Is your house ever really clean??

I may be asking because I have been trapped inside so much lately do to the cold weather, I mean we cant even get out to our backyard since our highs are like 18 degrees.... and I have been setting my new year goal to get organized...and I get one section cleaned and then the rest of the house gets messy... and I work on that part and before I know it I have a headache and want to give up... piles here and there are driving me nuts... --and even if it takes me all year to obtain my goal I will get organized...LMAO Do you ever get your house really clean?

..well, my husband see to it that our house is clean.. I'm a type of person who can live in any surrounding.. but my husband can't so he always make it a point that the house is clean and everything is in order..

Oh now that would be nice... have a hubby who cleans...LOL, I should have thought of that before I got married, my hubby adds alot to the mess... along with my kids. oh well, what can I do!! LOL thanks for the response.

hey rayne I thought I was the only one!!!!My hubby is obsessively clean, If the house is not clean to his satisfaction....he does it....AND QUICK, I can't ever compare to him when he cleans.

I knnow that my house is never really clean because I am not that passionate abot cleaning ever .I try my best but I always comeup way to short because I celan some parts thoroughly and then their are places that only get spring cleaned.

I really thought of asking this the other day because I finally got my butt up and cleaned my laundry room... it was a mess, and since I only do laundry there and store stuff it was getting to a point that it really needed it... and it took me all day...after that it looked so nice and was the cleanest spot in my house...LOL so I just thougnt I would ask....LOl thanks for the response.

Oh bookreader I love your discusions. I always have something to say!!! I tried this last year as my new years resolution...I got the to do lists and a new calander and all kinds of other things to get more organized!!!It worked for a bit, I am more consistent with writting things down, but I am still a procrastinator...I don't know if that is an organization thing or not but it never fails...I have something that has to get done, it won't until I ABSOLUTELY have too.......it is horrible....and to make matters worse I love with a NEAT FREAK.....UGH but my house is never fully clean. I have 2 kids running around at all times and then I baby sit 3 more!!!!!so once i am done cleaning one room the other 6 are a mess....the only room that usually stays neat once it is clean is my bedroom....now that isn't always the case but sometimes it is. The kids rooms are never clean and neither i find is the kitchen!!!! Good luck I feel trapped as well with my cold weather...-17 right now and dropping, we are in a deep freeze as well.

oh wow you are colder than us.. we are at 0 at night, and going to 20 now during the days... and you do feel trapped there is no way I am going to go out there for a bit just to get out....LOL thanks, I am so glad that I can make interesting discussions that people can responde too... I will keep trying...LOL thanks for responding!!

I am like you, I need to get organized. I also have an issue, I have a 2 year old who is always exploring and getting into things. He makes it hard to keep a house clean. I can't say that my house is filthy, but it sure isn't spotless either.

Oh yeah, I certainly have that "lived in" look going for me!!! LOL one day I will be organized again and maybe find somewhere to put the toys...LOL thanks for the response.

NO. My room is never even REALLY clean. First I clean my closet then I fix the floor then I fix my bed and my stuff and before I know it, the stuff on my closet aren't so organized anymore! You get to fix a section a day and that's great! I can't even fix a single room LOL Thanks for the response on my discussion!

my house is not ever really clean either, sections of it yes, but as I work on one part the other parts gets crazy....LOL happy mylotting.

i probably get my house REALLY clean about once a year...Thats just because im so busy with other things it never really gets done i get one room done only to find that the other rooms in the house have doubled in their dirtiness

OK, this is me completely!!! LMAO, I clean one room only to find the others have become destroyed....it is that way in the summer too...if I work out in my yard, my house is a mess...if I work to much inside my house my yard needs more work...LOL good luck to us all!! thanks for the response.

LOL, I used to be this way, before I had kids...now I have somehow blocked the toys and piles of drawings and picture and crayons that tend to be left out now....LOL thank you for responding.
