Breast Feeding

Lately when i start breastfeeding i start craving water. It can't be any kind of water though it has to be filiterd and ice cold. Not have actual ice in it though. Have any of you had this craving when breast feeding?

Since a lot of fluid goes out from your body the body need more water :-)
