the law makes it hard for parents they go to scholl in the front door and out the back.they stand and cuss the teacher out.you the parent having to get off your job to go get them off the school grounds before they are arrested.they are fighting in school.they ars stealing school property.what are parents to do when the law ties there hands. they are caught stealing the judge give them community serve and they do it over and over again.if they damage some one personal property they pay restrution.now if this child don,t have a job who do they think is going to pay the parents.so what have the child learned from his mistake.you can try giving chores but they do that any way. then when the parent have had enough and decides this child has to leave their home.let say the child is 17 and doing everything to fail.the judge tell you, you can,t put them out and yet with the same breath they tell the parents at 17 they are consider grown can leave school when they want and drop out if they want. and yet the parent can,t put them out when they are grown and consider a adult come on the law is tying the parents hands. if you spank your child it is abuse.and they want to lock you up when your child is beating their parents behind.come on where do the parent draw the line.it,s ok to protect the child when it is abused but what about the children who are not abused and just refuse to listen to their parents are any authurioty.

Exactly one of the reasons why I was glad to have been born and raised in the third world country. Some people hate the discipline but I grew and found that it was necessary and I like that I'm no spoiled brat like some people I've met. We don't have such laws here and the parents are free to discipline their children however they want as long as it is not against Human Rights. There are also Non Government Organizations who watch out for abuse so parents still have to be careful that they don't go too far :) Thanks for the response on my discussion!

I could go on and on about this subject so I am not even going to get started. I just wanted to let you know I completely agree with you on everything you said. If a child feels like a grown up and can beat their parents then all be the parent should have the right to beat their child back!!
