I'm trying to cook more for me and my boyfriend, but the only meat that I really eat is chicken. Any detailed recipes, links, or a dish that I can look up a recipe for is appreciated.

How about chicken soup?(Asian Style). 1. Boil water, and put amount of chicken in. Once it well done add salt, a little sugar, and a little fish sauce. When serve, add lime juice in a little ( make sure it a little sour) Green Onion will be add if you like them. Done!!! It's call Sweet and Sour Chicken Soup. My kids really love it

Put boneless skinless chicken in a crock pot. Cover with salsa. Cook for at least 5-6 hours (less if you cut the pieces small first) or until chicken is fully cooked. It should start to break apart pretty easily when it is cooked. Serve over rice or in a tortilla shell with some shredded cheddar cheese. Yummy.

It is not a recipe. But my favorite palce to go for recipes is a site called allrecipes.com. They have recipes for anything and they can help you calculate out how to change the recipe to feed more or fewer than what is listed in the original recipe. I have many favorites on there. Although right now I still do not cook chicken alot since my husband used to work at a chicken restaurant and did not want chicken at home and is still a little sick of it.
