If you ask any good chef they have all started with experimenting and have had their share of flops. Practice makes perfect so trying out new recipes and making the changes to suit ur palette would help learn new skills and dishes. This www.ifood.tv is an excellent resource according to me and I do try from the variety of recipes and videos. Happy Cooking!!

Hello......practise makes perfect. And my motto is Anyone can cook. I did not cook before I got married other than some instant noodles and fry eggs. After I got married I started cooking and discovered....hey I can cook and my husband enjoys my cooking. So you can cook as well and you will be a good cook - cook more and you will improve. Besides cooking our own meals is more healthy and cheaper.

The more you cook, the better you get at it. Be adventorous and add a few things you like and subtract some things that dont tickle your fancy in some recipes. You may be surprised at what you come up with. So what if you have to throw one or two attempts straight into the rubbish bin - its part of the experience. Happy cooking..
