I use http://www.downthisvideo.com for downloading youtube videos. just copy the address of the video page and paste it in the site and download the video. If you have real player installed in your computer, you can download videos using firefox. A download option will come when you place the mouse over the video. Or you can search the temporary internet files folder after watching the videos.

if you are using Real player, then just update it for the 11th version and you will; get a option to download any video from the Internet (including youtube) Or if you are using a download manager, just you use the option (download .FLV video) and it will do it. The last option is to download a program, I have one and as soon as i found it, i'll send it to you. Hope it works
