A typical day - one hour sleept away!

a typical free day of work. Waking up early, waking my son up, follow him to the dentist. Go for this weeks grocery shopping. (most of my free days, I stay home and start do some house hold work) Went online when I came home, talked with a friend on msn. But, as any other usual free day, I am tired in the afternoons and fall a sleep. One hour has left from my life totaly wasted, but was nessecery. I now try to wake up enough to be able to make the dinner. It is the worst about faling a sleep in this time of the day. You are more tired than you were before sleeping. the worst of it, is that I have to go early to bed, becouse of work tomorrow, at 07:00. Here is the thing, just becouse you lose one hour of sleep in the morning does not mean you can have it back. The hour is gone and there is nothing you can do anything about it. I just hope I will be able to sleep in early tonight. Well, I think there will be no problems. I sometimes sleep anytime there is. So can you sleep during the days, and if so, can you sleep at nights?

I love to nap and I do so every day. I work and the town I work in is an hour from home' so I nap when my daughter is driving us home at the end of the day, which is about 3 in te afternoon. I nap in the car, for about 15 minutes and then I am okay for the rest of the day and evening. On the weekends I always have a nap in the afternoon as well. That nap is usually a little bit longer at half an hour. But I never nap more than that or I will have trouble going to sleep at night. I have to have my cat naps or I can't function. It is like I hit a brick wall and I have to get rid of that groggy feeling by taking a quick nap. Alrighty then, talk to you late my friend, Have a good day mylotting, Chris

A daily nap is god. It make you cope a bit longer during the eveings. However, when I seems to take a nap it last longer so my night sleep tend to suffer. I woke up several times last night and felt like I was ready to go up and go to work. That is not so god. I overlseept a bit, but had time to be at work on time. But my morningrutins were suffered. We all need to have a nap, and the best time is after lunch, however I only have 30 min for lunch and during that time, I need to eat...and those 30 minutes goes so fast.
