Call divert: how do you use it?

Different styles, colors, features, and sizes of old and upcoming mobiles are in... As technology rises, manufacturers think harder and harder how will they compete with one another... who's company will be in around the world... There is one feature I like the most about having a cellphone.. It's the Call Divert... I use this one whenever I am busy, or simply to say, don't wanna take any calls.. especially from someone whom I don't know and keep on bothering me alot... How do you use this feature anyway?? happy mylotting.. ^^
