I just now post a post about my paypal account. There i tell my account balance $0 rather than $20. Sorry for that my friends.

You will know how much you earn after a day. You can not know how much you will earn when you are posting. I love China

ok, I just replayed to earlier your post. anyways there shouldn't any problem in transferring the money if your balance is $20. Minimum $10 balance is required to make the transfer. Bank's with IFSC code can only accept the payments from paypal.
