Joey Is The Most Underrated Artist

I think Joe Budden is very underrated. He's a good artist, but he doesn't get the credit he deserves. People consider him a one hit wonder or say that he's whack because his album didn't sell. I think that's ridiculous, because he can rap circles around 80 percent of the rappers that are out now.
