Rising up early in the dark and arriving home rather late from work in the dark is enough to get anyone a bit down. But for some, it is more serious than a bit winter blues. In UK, some people move about during the month November till March to avoid gloomy winter. The winter depression is known as SAD---- seasonal affective disorder. According to the NHS, one in fifty in the UK has the condition. Those who suffer complain various symptoms including sleeping difficulties, mood swings and others. Sometimes it starts even early from September. Have you suffered such SAD ?

Hi, We dont have such seasonal depression here. Im from SouthEast asia and we only have 2 seasons. Wet and Dry. So for the whole year round your daily cycle of waking-up is almost the same.
