CentBux - Is there a Problem ?

For the last two days I seem to be having problems with Centbux.
There only seems to be one advert available, instead of the usual four, which is for Chillbux, but when clicked, it comes up, [b]'Too Many Failed Attempts, Please Try Later'

Does anyone have any idea what is going on ?
