Do you have a daily work out?
Every morning and every night i do 50 crunches, 30 bicycle crunches, 30 sit-ups, do an 2 mintue ab video and run in place for 5 mins.
Does anyone have a rutine they do everyday or something

I've been trying to work out more. Some days it's harder than others. One day I'll use the exercise bike and another day I will use the treadmill. I also try to lift weights to strengthen my arms and shoulders. I have to start out slow because I have a lot of problems with my shoulders.

Yes I try to go for a hike nearby my place for an hour. I do super fast walking up and down the hills and it's a great cardio activity. Plus, I really do find it quite relaxing too because there are all kind of trails, a lake, you're surrounded by nature, I might also do some sprints mixed in with my walk, I'll encounter other dog owners with their cute pooches, (the animal kind), and by the end I will have had an extremely satisfying workout and I'm relaxed for the day.

I have been working out 30 minutes a day. Each day I try to do some stepping, yoga, and weight lifting and do a short run in place. When the weather is better will be adding some walking, as some additional working out.

Yes, I worked out everyday. Well, playing tennis is what I considered my work out. I play at least 2 games of tennis a day on weekdays and I stayed whole morning at out tennis court on weekends. Before I got into the sport, I used to go to the gym or jog as my daily exercises.
