Is anyone here flipping websites to make money online?

One of things I have been thinking about lately as far as making money online is flipping websites. For those who don't know what I mean website flipping is when you build a website and then put it up for sale.
From what I have learned you create a niche website with some good content and good SEO work. Place some Google Adsense ads and some affiliate stuff on it and you have a website that you can sale for a couple hundred bucks.
Is anyone here doing this?

I was thinking about it too but I would not really know how to fix it up

I have been thinking of doing that. I wanted to look into and see how profitable it would be. So I will be watching this discussion to see if we get any good answers.
