Found this movie for my 9 year old son for Christmas. One of those fast grab purchases. This is a great movie for kids from Disney. This is based on a true story, about a 17 year old boy doing a dog sled race. It happened in 1917 and he raced from Winnipeg to St Paul. I highly reommend this movie to anyone with young boys looking for something good and wholesome for them to watch. No bad words, no nude scences, just a good movie they can enjoy.

This was a great movie I havnt seen this movie in a very long time and I compltley forgot about this movie untill I saw this thread now Ill have to download this movie now since I want to see it again since the last time I saw this movie I was a kid.

I could not find on the DVD cover when this movie was made. I had never heard of it before finding it at the store. I thought it was old since Kevin Spacey and David Ogden Steirs both looked younger in it. Hope you get to see it again soon.

Hey there sassy, I don't have any little boys and am none either, but ya I really like to watch movies that emphasize on will power and the power of being true to oneself. I really like watching such movies, they help in lifting up the mood and feel better, feel that we can also achieve whatever we want, just have to try a little bit harder. Once we get this into our brains, then no mountain is high enough to climb. Thanks for the name of the movie, I will get it as soon as possible. Take Care God Bless YOU
