How many licks does it take?

Do you know how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop? I myself have never actually counted but I am guessing it to be over 50. Have you ever eaten one and counted? How many did it take? Also, You cant cheat and bit into the center before the candy is gone!!!!!!
