Is it just me or all women are the same??!!...

I am not overweight, people in general will not consider I am fat (except people from Asian country) .... I always try to lose 2-3kg and everytime when I successfully lost that 2-3kg, after a couple months I will gain it back!!! I have been battling for years, right until now.... I am a female, weight 58kg, 165cm height. Anyone have any good method for people like me... The worse thing is I think my average weight is getting a bit higher for the past couple of years. ...........

I am just like you! I don't know about the kg and cm, because I don't know the conversions. I am go back and forth with 10 pounds! It comes off, then goes back on...off and on, off and on! It is an endless cycle.

well I am about 128-130 pounds and 5ft5 ... so I am not alone!I heard some people said everybody has its ideal weight, when you reach your ideal weight it will be hard for you to gain or lose unless you do something extreme.. like eat a lot to gain and eat nothing to lose. Maybe, it is true that 130 pounds in my ideal weight for my body.... tho my ideal weight is less than 125 pounds!!Lets work hard sister!
