Is terrorism a threat to the developing countries or the devloped countries?

I personally think that terrorism is a serious threat to developing countries. Because they are not well adapt to prevent from the attack. But it is a threat to the whole world but developing countries are more prone to it..
Let me know your views on this.

yes, what you say is very true.. the developing countries still need a lot to prevent and fight terrorism... but from as a threat it is the same for both developed and under developed countries...
