When to workout?

I usually workout in the mid-morning time. But I DO like to eat before I do... But then I wait about 20 minutes. Because if I do workout without eating, I can get dizzy! LOL

Before you eat so that your metabolism will be boosted and your body will burn the calories you eat faster.
