When to workout?

Is it best to workout before you eat or after you eat?

I usually workout in the mid-morning time. But I DO like to eat before I do... But then I wait about 20 minutes. Because if I do workout without eating, I can get dizzy! LOL

Great, thanks for the input. I have that same problem of getting dizzy or really thirsty if I do the workout when I first get up.

Before you eat so that your metabolism will be boosted and your body will burn the calories you eat faster.

Do you ever have the problem of feeling dizzy or lightheaded when you workout before eating?
