Qwest is the worst company!

Qwest told me to sign up for a 2-month plan for me to have 20 MBPs internet speed for free, then I could go back to my original plan. They charged me for those 2 months, took forever to cancel my 20 mbps speed, and now said that I was locked in a 2-year contract that they didn't tell me about, in addition to promising me a 76 dollar loyalty check, which now they conveniantly lost track of. Also, it took 5 hrs of phone calls to get my bill CLOSE to how it was before that deal. Has anyone had bad experience with Qwest?
