I'm Confused, What Is Happening Platinum Lounge!!

Last week, platinum lounge is supposed to members. But they have announced that they are scheduling the payment this week, due to the change of the year. So they are trying to adjust. I supposed to get 7 dollars last week, but because of the announcement, I was not able to get it.
Now, my rank move down from MVP down to pro - bowler. So I will now only received 3 dollars. With pro - bowler, they usually send payments every monday. It is already tuesday today but I haven't received any payment today. Anyone can answer my concern. 
I am really confused. I really love the site since they have paid me for six times already, but this time, I am quite disappointed with the site. For those members of the site, what is your idea about this post. Share it here. Have a nice day ahead!!

I was a member of this site few months ago and I just log in there once and that was the time when I registered. I have no time to spend to build up points. To be paid you must maintain your ranking which is hard if you will not be posting like crazy.

I don't know what is going on but I am thoroughly confused there. I finally this week made the rank to earn something (I think $1). I wonder if I'll ever get it. Every time I log on I need thousands of more points to get to a rank. I don't know how anyone keeps up there.

hi Rberon,
This January they made two payments already
They paid me Jan 9 and 23 both $7 because I am on the MVp list.
Maybe you can check you records again.
