how can u hack a yahoo id or gtalk?

anyone pls help me in knowin the procedure for gettin the yahoo or gtalk id..my own yahoo id got hacked..i need to recover it..in my account thr r many important files too..so pls help me..

all my user name n passwrds of all my accounts in swizz,hdfc.hsbc...evrythng n all my contacts and ids..evrthng

contact yahoo and give the details when the account was opened etc.. they will help you out...
