I'm not that good in starting a conversation with daily acquaintances. Maybe you could share interesting topics to break the ice. Thanks in advance.

Hi there stevelvis! To start a conversation with daily acquiantances, you can begin with what they are upto lately. Also, you can discuss current events. Aside from that, you can talk about what is the latest in the entertainment industry depending on his/her interests. If both of you are already working, you can impart your experiences. Always remember that whenever you converse with someone, always look at them straight in the eye. It means that you are really interested and you are paying attention on what he or she is saying.

Hi I usually ask simple questions about their jobs, families or interests, depending where I am. If it's at a working environment, then it's more impersonal topics like work, career or interests. If it's at an informal setup, then it's about family and other informal stuff. Most people like to talk; so ask them questions and listen to them!
