don't do exercise.. if you do your health will get in trouble!!!

Our body is a wonderful mechain . I lied to you through the heading. there is no other way to keep your body healthy and live long unless you take proper exercise.
So don't search for easy methods. just do some exercise.

hmmm... yeah exercise is very important.. just a like an machine.. by not using it, we are only reducing its lifetime.. due to prolonged inactivity, it metal parts would get rusted, its wires would get eaten away by some pests and within a few years, it would be totallly useless.. same is the case of out body... exercise is important to keep our body fit and useful.

Our body is self adjustable to some extent. No matter how heavy I feel in bed, once got up, I feel better. After some time walking, or even home routines, i feel ok most of the time. After a big cleaning, I am sweating all over, and feel all the best.
Often when I saw people who recover from heart attack or stroke are walking with great difficult, or helped by their spouses, i would be more eager to do more exercises to keep healthy. After all, recovering walk is not that a fun as we can now.
