Do u use auto surf or PTC to bring visitors?

If u have ur own site and have ads on it pop, banner, text, inline etc. but have very less visitors, would u use PTC or autosurf or click exchange sites to bring traffic and earn from ads? SEO is not an easy task and not everyone can do it. How do u earn from ur site if u have nothing to sell on it?
