My new beautiful Dr Marten's boots hurt! What can I do?

I bought these lovely 20 eyelet boots. They fit perfectly in every way... except of the area of Achilles tendon. It hurst at every step, even if I loose the laces. Any advise? Please?

That sucks so bad. I miss my Docs. I had just some short ones. I do not know what you can do , I would think that the more you wear them the softer they would get and mold to you and not hurt so bad maybe. I hope they start to not hurt you. Those are awesome shoes.

Hello, Sweetpeasmom! Thanks a lot for your answer, I hope that the boots stop hurting too! And I thnk you're right, maybe it's just a matter of time :) I had also a pair of short ones, and I used them till the end -and now I miss them. I was going to buy another pair like that, but I couldn't help buying the long ones! Let's see what happens...

Docs always hurt when you first wear them you have to break them in. The more you wear them, the softer the become. They are one of the most comfortable shoes you can wear once they are broken in. Wear them often, like when you are at home.
