Dingobux referals now cost .79 (previously .29)

I was happy when I woke up this morning, because I knew I was few clicks away to getting to the $2.9 required. However, when I was like $2.88, i clicked an ad in which they promoted themselves. In such ad, it said that referrals were $0.79 each, which led to a minumum 7.9 for renting 10 referrals. I want your opinion on this, o ryour experiences in this ptc. I wouldn't want to discover it, but it this ptc is scam, just let me know. See you.
