Boot PC from Pendrive?????

Is anyone there who uses Pendrive to boot the PC(Personal Computer)???If you are,please support me ...What should I do ,if I've Windows XP(SPack-2)?What files should I put up on my Pendrive, requires to boot PC.Give any supporting information ,because I'm new to this concept.If you got good results,please give me any suggetions or any possible precautions to be taken.

I don't think it would be possible. As far as I know, there is an option to boot from CD in the setup. (To enter into setup, press 'delete' while booting) You can have a boot CD and boot from there. And I think, the Pen Drive is an USB device, which requires software drivers to be installed. These drivers would work with Windows only and not in DOS mode. I am not a computer genius, so I may be wrong too.
