hello friends i recently created a new blog which is my first blog too. it is about jobs,interviews and companies. I created in blogger.com as everyone will start. I have applied for adsense and working with bidvertiser ads. Besides these two i want to earn more from ads or affiliate programs. Please suggest me some good programs like that. Then tell me how to change blog layout apart from the layouts given in blogger.com. Also i want to know what is feedburner and feedjit for traffic of blog. I am confused over there
