Charice Pempengco had been a runner up in a local talent search. But her singing career did not end there. Through the YouTube, Charice has been noticed and given the chance to perform internationally, even side by side with her idol Celine Dion, and has guested in prime talk shows Ellen and Oprah. Charice has truly gone a long way from the sour loser that she was. And it seems that the favor of man rests on Charice, as she was able to perform at newly elected US President Barack Obama's Inaugural Day last January. When I see Charice perform, I can only say, that girl is a Filipino through and through. It makes one kinda proud to be a Filipino. Congratulations Charice, there is no stopping you now.
