Massaging for hair growth?

February 5, 2009 2:38pm CST
I read massaging the scalp for 5minutes per day can promote healthy hairgrowth, and speed up the rate at which the hair grows. Wanting my hair to grow as quickly as possible, so will try it. Just wondering if anyone does this? Does it work? Do you no of any other ways to help the hair grow? Many thanks Happy MyLotting!

Well, beauty magazines always mentions how important water plays in keeping your hair and your skin hydrated. Even certain foods rich with protein and mineral can help repair and help you grow longer, stronger hair.

Some websites says it does, some say it has no affect. I am not sure, I guess it cannot hurt. Many herbal items can be used to regrow hair but I am not sure if they actually work. These include the following: - Aloe Vera - Emu Oil - Virgin Coconut Oil - Virgin Coconut Milk - Rosemary - Jojoba Oil - Alma Oil - Vitamin B Complex Supplemnet (Containing Biotin, B5, B6, B7 and Folic Acid) - Pumpkin Seeds Messaging several of the oils above onto the scalp every few days for several months may regrow new hairs. I am trying this for myself as I am experiencing hair loss.
