Been Banned From Mylot?

I don't ever want to get banned from this site ever. How do you get banned though or where can you find the rules for posting responses? I want to avoid getting banned at all cost. I know someone who got banned but it was because she had posted referral links to other websites. So watch people don't ever do that. I'm a newbie here and I want to reach my first payout as soon as possible so avoiding being banned would be best.

one week back ,i can;t able to sign in ,one day . because i was banned on that day i think. i don;t know the reason but i have seen in terms that mylot people can pause us if we do any fault here. all of a sudden we can get fully banned here ,without any prior notice. this i didn;t like in this site. and i gets fear of ban word.
