Rude Group Mates

Have you ever worked with people who are just plain rude. They don't seem to think before they open their mouths. I understand truthfulness. But the way and the tone you say it is another matter altogether. And i feel that age shouldn't be taken into consideration. I honestly don't care if you're younger or older than me. At some point in time, we all have to learn to take other people's feelings into consideration. And what is worse is questioning the work of others when she (a group mate of mine) hasn't even produced any of her own work. What do you do to such people?

Rude and disrespectful people are everywhere and i think the people who are rude for no reason or little reason are the people who have low self esteem. They tend to down people to feel high. I always try to ignore such people because if u are rude back to them means u got provoked which they were trying to do. so if you get provoked u loose to them even if u win an argument because u did exactly what they wanted u to do.

yeah i too have faced such a thing in my school and college days, these people don't think twice about how the other person feels with their talk .But on a long run ,i did notice that they don't mean any rudeness, they are just plainly brought up like that ,infact they are the people who actually come to your rescue during troubled times. If you ask me what to do with these people,I think we should not react ,but respond to the situation in a polite manner,as time goes by we can see that they also have a better heart, but if they are actually rude its better to stay away from trouble.

yea i know what you mean. I understand that she is just like that and doens't mean any harm. But she gets too pushy at times and it just makes my blood boil. At times i'm just so tempted to give her back her own medicine.
