Hello, does anyone know of a good place to obtain referrals?

I am trying to grow my business as much as possible and wondering if anyone has bought leads, or purchased leads or anything of the kind. I have been looking in the PTR's and finding things there and then also I have been doing some other stuff like looking at auction sites but wanted to see if anyone else is finding anything out there that maybe I have not come across yet?
