How to increase the number of respones?

well to increase the Number of Responses, we should discuss an interesting topic that makes everyone to respond our question. for example most of the people have interest in sports and music. We start our discussion from such a topic friend.

I think it all depends on the mood of the person who writes the response. Somedays, you may not be in a mood to answer some question, which happens to me. But what I do is, i bookmark that particular discussion and try to give answer some time later may be after a week or a month... it depends. I am not sure, adding tags will increase the number of responses
