you should start taking protein rich food more. cos veggies is good but they dont have enough nutrients to sustain your body from physical activity for the whole day ... plus you're a teenager and we engage in a physical activity. so we really need something to keep us going. veggies is not enough.

Buudy U need to take diet as much as possible and a healthy sleep of atleast 8 -9 hours. u should start taking fast foods and oily stuffs in place of your routine meal, don't do physical exercise much and let your fat increases and most important don't go on illusive marketing products like tablets or capsules which are available in market and take milk and curd instead of tea or coffee I hope you surely gain wait in the time period u want..

hi eat five or more meals a day. drink plenty of fluids that supply calories like juice, milk, milk shakes and sport beverages . eat starchy grains and vegetables.like rice , oats , pasta , potatoes , carrot and pumpkin. add condiments like yogurt sour creams, sauces ans dressing to plan foods and salads. eat bread with fatty spreads such as avocado, peanut butter, and olive.eating an extra kj over and above your daily needs can produce weight increase of around 1kg per week. having snacks at bed time will also help you to increase weight as far as it does not disturb your sleep. thanks http://www.creativeporta.com
