I am an internet surfer all the day, from home to work. I want to use the same Favorites when I browse. The below is my way to automatically sync my Favorites: 1. Preparation I use the free online storage service named Dropbox to store my favorites. The dropbox's main function is to sync your files in different places. It can store a copy on the server and sync in every computer which has been installed the software. The Dropbox download URL is: http://www.getdropbox.com 2. Operation I installed the Dropbox software. It will add a directory on the local drive. The Dropbox directory's content will automatically sync. If I can moved the IE's Favorite folder to this directory. It will be OK to sync my Favorites. The below is the way to change the location of IE favorites(It can also have a copy on the Dropbox server): Open the Registry Editor, at "HKEY CURRENT USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders", In the right pane, right click Favorites/Modify/ Change path to Dropbox folder(Create a new folder in Dropbox to store the favorites). Restart your browser, it will be done. 3. Result Now I installed the Dropbox at every computer I use. And change the Favorites folder to Dropbox directory. It is OK. Please try this method, I will write more of my computer experience. :)
