bought a pair of love birds

I bought a pair of love birds, as my son was asking for them, but after a mont one of them dies, i was not sure of the gender of the bird ended up buying the same gender again, today finally i manges to buy another one and found out exactly how to find the difference

I had the same problem.Did you keep them both in one cage?Sometimes 2 birds can kill each other.I had 2 parrots,male and female,the male one killed the female one after a few months.If you buy 2 birds,do not keep them in one cage.The second parrot lost it's finger and it was quite funny because he was making a screaming sound every time he stepped on the hurt foot :).
